A new alert mechanism has been introduced in Nikshay to ensure that the required patient details are completed before accessing the DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) module.
To access and process DBT Tab and DBT Benefit, users must ensure that:
- ABHA Face Authentication is completed for the patient.
- The patient's Caste details are correctly updated.
If either Face Authentication or Caste details is incomplete, the user will receive an alert and will not be able to proceed with DBT processing until the required details are updated.
