- This Module provides an option to record adverse events, add causality and declare outcomes for events that have been added on Nikshay Web and App.
- The Module will be available for Patients (DS-TB, DR-TB and TPT) who have been initiated on treatment (Status: On Treatment - Notified).
- Validations have been added to the forms to ensure that the dates entered are accurate.
