For patients added using ART logins, they wont be directly mapped under any TUs. They would be available in the ART-wise list and under district login they will appear under the Cases with unassigned TU list. To process DBT for such patients, first go to the Health Facilities tab and assign a TU under Current Facility.
Step 1: Using district login, go to the Cases with unassigned TU list.
Step 2: From the list of patients, select the patient name.
Step 3: From the Health Facilities tab, click Edit button under the Current Facility row and assign a TU and PHI for this patient.
This patient will now be visible under the respective TU and DBT can be processed by the TU and districts through Nikshay ART patients.
