How to add Co morbidity Details (HIV, Diabetes, Tobacco and Alcohol) for a Patient?

Step 0: Go to the Patient’s page

Step 1: Under “Others” tab, select the “Comorbidity” option

Step 2: Click “EDIT DETAILS” button

Step 3: Fill the Information (Scroll Down for Diabetes and Other Additional Information)

Step 4: Click “UPDATE” button
